Role Overview: This position is for an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and supporting discharge planning within a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute data to assessments, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and mentor new staff and students.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills are essential.
Additional Duties: Reinforce patient and family education, participate in unit-based decision-making, and promote safety and patient satisfaction. Work hours typically include night shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
