Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and supporting discharge planning.
Responsibilities: Contribute data for assessments, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and reinforce patient and family education. Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies according to policies. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Mentor new staff and students, coordinate patient interactions, and ensure safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, promote safety, and work collaboratively in a clinical environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Key Duties: Deliver safe, effective nursing interventions, contribute to patient assessments and care planning, support team collaboration, and uphold organizational policies. Work typically involves evening, night, or weekend shifts, including holiday requirements.
