Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern adult acute care unit.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on scope of practice and standards.
- Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.

- Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.

- Participating in evidence-based practice decisions and mentoring new staff and students.
