Join as a full-time Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a focus on patient care, safety, and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing data for patient assessments, planning, and evaluation within scope of practice
- Providing compassionate direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures
- Addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Reinforcing patient and family education, discharge planning, and support throughout hospitalization
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participating in unit-based decision-making and mentoring new staff and students
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
- Strong interest in Cardiac Nursing Care, with preferred cardiac experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and growth
