We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in an assisted living setting under the supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians.
- Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and ensure residents’ health, comfort, and safety.
- Document resident interactions, outcomes, and maintain confidentiality.
- Recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and develop self-care programs.
- Utilize knowledge of nursing principles, age-specific standards, and resident education.
Qualifications include:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as an LPN.
- Current licensure in the practicing state(s).
- Preferred experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or medical/surgical settings.
