We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in an assisted living setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing residents’ health status and administering medications or treatments as ordered.
- Ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents.
- Documenting resident interactions, care outcomes, and related data.
- Recognizing problems, recommending solutions, and responding effectively to emergent situations.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and maintaining effective relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Counseling residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.
- Performing testing and providing technical support within the full scope of nursing expertise.
Qualifications include:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as an LPN.
- Current licensure in the state of practice.
- Preferred experience in long-term, sub-acute, or medical/surgical care.
