Role Overview
This position involves providing patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring patient autonomy, dignity, and rights are maintained. The role requires flexibility to float between clinics as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect patient data and assist in planning and implementing care.
- Administer medications as prescribed and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans.
- Educate patients and groups, participate in quality improvement activities, and pursue ongoing education.
- Complete assigned goals efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of clinic experience.
- Educational requirements include a minimum of an LPN license; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Computer literacy is required; experience with EPIC is preferred.
