Floats across various departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical.
Works at multiple facilities with flexible shifts (day or night) and no mandatory weekends or holidays.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, maintaining professional accountability, and collaborating with other departments.
Requires high school diploma or GED, valid LPN license, and recent bedside experience (minimum 1 year for Med Surg, 2 for others).
Certifications needed: BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV certification; Epic experience preferred.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and mobility to perform duties.
Skills & Qualifications: Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Ability to be flexible, available on short notice, and handle last-minute cancellations is essential.
