PRN LTAC RN providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a Long-Term Acute Care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement complex care for medically fragile, high-acuity patients
- Manage ventilators and tracheostomies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Support infection control practices and patient safety standards
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and care continuity
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-acuity cases
- Experience or competence in ventilator and trach care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Detail-oriented documentation and commitment to safety and infection prevention
