Role: Experienced LTAC RN providing high-quality, complex patient care in a long-term acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver complex nursing care, including ventilator management and administration of critical infusions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families
- Document care thoroughly and accurately
- Follow infection-control procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN license
- Experience delivering complex inpatient nursing care in an LTAC or similar setting
- Strong critical care/respiratory skills, including ventilator support
- Ability to manage complex care while maintaining safety and compliance
- Effective communication, teamwork, and patient/family education skills
