Role Overview: This position involves providing coverage for holiday periods, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, with responsibilities during weekdays and weekends that include both scheduled work and call duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing low-volume elective cases and managing intermittent emergencies such as PE thrombectomy and obstetric hemorrhage
- Conducting basic procedures like thoracentesis, paracentesis, PICC line placements, and HD catheter insertions
- Maintaining hospital privileges and adhering to hospital protocols
- Participating in on-call duties during weekdays and weekends
Qualifications and Skills:
- Necessary hospital privileges
- Ability to handle both elective and emergency cases
