Role: Emergency Medicine Physician
Responsibilities: Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), provide chart attestations, manage a high-volume emergency department with approximately 45,000 visits annually, and ensure quality patient care for both adult (85%) and pediatric (15%) patients. Maintain an average of 2.3 patients per hour, including APP patients. No call requirements and availability of multiple shifts.
Qualifications & Skills: ATLS certification is mandatory, with proven experience managing busy emergency departments. Ability to supervise APPs and handle high patient volumes efficiently.
Key Duties: Deliver emergency medical services, oversee clinical documentation, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient patient flow and care quality.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rates ranging from $225.00 to $310.00, including base pay, overtime, and holiday pay. Paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and 24-hour support from a dedicated healthcare consultant.
