Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in community health clinics.

Collaborating within an integrated team comprising medical, behavioral health, dental, and care management staff.
Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and promoting equitable care for diverse populations.
Qualifications and Skills: Compassionate, patient-centered approach, with strong documentation skills and ability to support a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in clinical procedures, medication administration, and patient communication preferred.
