Licensed Therapist (LICSW/LMHC or LCSW) – Moms Do Care Program

This full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides assessment, individual and group counseling, and care coordination for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders on Cape Cod.

Conducts clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and crisis interventions.

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure compliance with regulations.

Participates in program development, outcome measurement, and resource liaison activities.

Maintains accurate, confidential client records and completes required documentation.

Supports program standards and contributes to a person-centered treatment approach.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC), and at least two years of experience. Skills needed are strong communication, crisis management, and knowledge of behavioral health practices.
