Licensed Therapist

Licensed Therapist position offering $70,000–$80,000/year, full-time, in-person in Saint George, UT.

We seek therapists passionate about helping young men overcome Failure to Launch challenges through innovative, relationship-driven therapy integrated with real-world skill development.

Manage a caseload of 10–15 clients, providing individual and group therapy focused on anxiety, motivation, identity, and social skills.

Support families via check-ins and family therapy to enhance communication and collaboration.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to align therapeutic and practical goals like independence and employment readiness.

Contribute to program development and maintain accurate documentation.
