Licensed Professional Counselor

Seeking a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide mental health assessments, counseling, and therapy for clients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health concerns.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care.

Maintain confidential records and stay current with industry best practices.

Work independently and as part of a team in a full-time, in-person role.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or related field, valid LPC license, experience preferred, strong communication skills, compassionate attitude.

Compensation & Benefits: $45,915.52 – $55,296.12/year, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, professional development, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and more.
