Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered, bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and progress.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and support care plans.
- Educate residents and their families about health, treatments, and safety protocols.
- Promote safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid LPN license.
- Strong patient care skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety standards.
- Commitment to dignity, respect, and compassionate care.
