Position Overview:
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates care with other departments and evaluates the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Upholds mission, values, and service standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform nursing duties, evaluate patient needs, and ensure quality care. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to healthcare protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program
– Current RN license or compact licensure
– Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various movements
– Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications based on unit requirements (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC)
– Ability to perform specific technical tasks and follow safety guidelines
