- Providing direct patient care and assessing patient needs

- Ensuring compliance with safety and care standards
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license or compact licensure in the relevant state
- Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, reach, and kneel
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or others may be required based on the unit
