Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant to provide patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to patients and their families via direct and telephone contact, adhering to established standards.
- Coordinate with care team members to ensure seamless, patient-centered care and active patient participation.
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and patient education.
- Provide guidance to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current NYS license and registration in good standing.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- CPR/BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as an LPN or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in relevant practice areas.
