Role Overview:
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide outpatient addiction treatment services. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patients, performing clinical assessments, and maintaining accurate medical records in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and document care
• Monitor patients before and after dosing
• Obtain vital signs and conduct assessments
• Assist with patient evaluations and scheduling
• Support regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver compassionate care
Qualifications and Skills:
• Active North Carolina LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or outpatient nursing is preferred
