Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, contributing to assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Responsibilities: Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies; address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; educate patients and families; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; evaluate patient responses; participate in unit-based decision-making; mentor new staff and students; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred); ability to coordinate patient care; strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills; meet unit-specific qualifications.
