Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health, providing focused, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities: Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership, follow clear plans of care, and ensure safety and quality standards are met, including CDC guidelines and PPE use.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License, TB test, BLS CPR certification (in person), valid driver’s license, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
