Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate, professional patient care
- Assessing symptoms, documenting progress, and supporting care plans
- Administering medications accurately and safely
- Performing assessments and responding confidently during emergencies
- Collaborating with the team on MOUD assessments, referrals, and treatments
- Gathering data to support MOUD program statistics
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Ability to work within State Scope of Practice and under provider direction
- Strong assessment, documentation, and medication administration skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
