We are seeking a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care and rehab setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering hands-on nursing care, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and documenting resident health status
- Supporting individualized care plans that promote dignity, comfort, and independence
- Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, therapists, residents, and families in a culturally sensitive environment
- Contributing to a team focused on respect, teamwork, and continuous learning
Qualifications and skills:
- Valid LPN license
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
