Licensed Practical Nurse – Inpatient Substance Use Disorders Facility

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for patient assessment, care coordination, and direct nursing interventions.


Responsibilities: Contribute to patient data collection, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and provide education and discharge planning. Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and mentor new staff and students.


Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to work in a clinical environment, uphold safety standards, and exhibit compassionate patient care.


Additional Details: Work hours are primarily 11pm-7:30am, with every other weekend and holiday shifts.
