We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in outpatient settings.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering nursing care through direct contact and phone consultations
Coordinating with care team members to ensure seamless patient care and active participation
Assisting physicians with clinical procedures and patient education
Providing guidance to clerical and medical support staff
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current NYS license and registration in good standing
At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
Preferred skills include:
CPR/BLS certification
Experience with pediatrics, allergy, or injection administration
Additional experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus
