Seeking a Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Healthcare & Medical Services setting.
Key duties
- Deliver direct bedside nursing care and support patient comfort and safety
- Administer medications and perform ordered treatments
- Monitor and document patient condition and responses to care
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and families
- Support and follow care plans, including participation in interdisciplinary rounds
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote understanding and self-care
Qualifications & skills
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
