Licensed Practical Nurse
This role involves providing nursing services, training, and support to medically fragile individuals with disabilities, brain injuries, or behavioral health needs in a group home setting. Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents’ health, managing complex medical needs (e.g., colostomy, G-tube, oxygen therapy), and ensuring compliance with regulations. The nurse educates staff and families, maintains accurate documentation, coordinates medical appointments, and responds to emergencies.
