Job Summary
Provide direct resident care in a senior living community, supporting activities of daily living, mobility, safety, nutrition, and resident independence.
Key Duties
- Assist residents with routine care tasks and activities of daily living.
- Support mobility and safe movement; help maintain a safe living environment.
- Assist with nutrition needs and support resident dietary requirements.
- Perform routine measurements and support care procedures as appropriate.
- Follow infection-control practices and resident-rights protocols.
- Document care accurately and promptly.
- Report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
