Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LISW, LMHC)

The Therapist / Mental Health Professional provides therapeutic services, overseeing treatment programs and supervising staff.
They work under supervision from a Clinical or Regional Director and may offer community education, consultation, and evaluation.
Essential qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, with licensure eligibility within two years.
Preferred experience includes at least two years in mental health services and knowledge of human development and treatment practices.
The role involves delivering individual therapy, participating in assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, and supporting interns.
Additional duties include attending meetings, training, crisis response, developing educational materials, and maintaining current licensure.
