Seeking an experienced, license-eligible outpatient manager for a full-time role in Clarksville.
Responsibilities include providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy, while overseeing 6+ clinicians.
Candidates must have 4+ years post-Master’s clinical experience, with expertise in diagnostics, documentation, and facilitating therapy sessions.
The role involves maintaining a caseload of 25 clients weekly, supervising clinicians, and supporting intern shadowing.
Work hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
Qualifications include strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills, knowledge of ethics, HIPAA, and evidence-based practices.
