Seeking an experienced, license-eligible outpatient manager for a full-time role in Clarksville.
Responsibilities include providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy, and supervising 6+ clinicians. The position offers services to diverse clients, including military and veterans.
Clinicians must demonstrate diagnostic assessment expertise, facilitate groups, document sessions promptly, and attend staff meetings and training. A caseload of 25 clients weekly is required alongside team supervision.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, 4+ years post-Master’s clinical experience, and valid licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT or temporary/associate licenses). Essential skills encompass strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping abilities, with knowledge of ethics, HIPAA, and evidence-based practices.
