We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics to provide mental health support and advocacy for children and families in the primary care setting.
Key functions include:
- Offering emotional support and counseling to pediatric patients and families.
- Assessing social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.
- Developing individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
- Conducting therapy sessions and providing education on coping strategies and resources.
- Maintaining documentation and staying current with best practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work, therapy, or counseling and licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.).
- Experience in pediatric social work and primary care preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
