About the Role: The Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment to children, supporting their social, emotional, and developmental needs within a primary care setting. They will collaborate with healthcare teams, assess social determinants, develop care plans, conduct therapy sessions, provide education, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field; licensed clinician (LMHC, LICSW, etc.); pediatric or primary care experience preferred. Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
