Licensed Mental Health Associate Provider

The Licensed Mental Health Associate provides culturally responsive mental health assessments and therapy to the Tribal community, including individual, child/family, and relationship counseling under supervision.

They maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with internal and external partners, and participate in community outreach.

**Key duties include:**

Providing counseling and group therapy

Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

Offering crisis intervention and referrals

Maintaining confidential records and completing billing

Supporting community education and outreach

**Requirements:**

Master’s degree

1+ year experience working with diverse ages and diagnoses

WA LMHCA, LMFT, or LICSW Associate License

**Compensation & Benefits:**
$29.96 – $37.45/hr with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
