The Licensed Mental Health Associate provides culturally responsive mental health assessments and psychotherapy to the Tribal community, including individual, child/family, and relationship counseling.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering counseling services under supervision; conducting assessments; developing treatment plans;Providing crisis intervention, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring confidentiality;Collaborating with internal and external providers; supporting substance use and mental health integration;Participating in community outreach, education, and professional development;Completing billing and documentation within required timeframes.Qualifications:
Master’s degree; LMHCA, LMFT, or LICSW Associate license in WA; 1+ year therapeutic experience with diverse ages and diagnoses;Ability to commute to Oakville, WA; in-person work required.Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development support.
