Licensed Mental Health Associate Provider

The Licensed Mental Health Associate provides culturally responsive mental health assessments and psychotherapy to the Tribal community, including individual, child/family, and relationship counseling.


Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering counseling services under supervision; conducting assessments; developing treatment plans;
  • Providing crisis intervention, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring confidentiality;
  • Collaborating with internal and external providers; supporting substance use and mental health integration;
  • Participating in community outreach, education, and professional development;
  • Completing billing and documentation within required timeframes.

  • Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree; LMHCA, LMFT, or LICSW Associate license in WA; 1+ year therapeutic experience with diverse ages and diagnoses;
  • Ability to commute to Oakville, WA; in-person work required.
