Licensed Master Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide support to individuals and families in need.

Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Offer counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.

Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8 programs, to ensure clients access necessary services.

Assist clients with workforce development and employment goals.

Utilize motivational interviewing and client-centered counseling techniques.

Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and progress.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, crisis intervention knowledge, and strong communication skills. Ability to travel to Lubbock 1-2 times/month is required.

This contract role offers flexible hours (10-20/week) with benefits like mileage reimbursement, working Monday to Friday without weekends, and a pay rate of $38-$40/hour.
