Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Role Overview:
This position involves providing mental health services as a licensed clinician, supporting clients through individual, couples, or family therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver compassionate, effective care following established standards of quality
– Conduct telehealth or in-person sessions based on personal preference and licensing
– Utilize measurement-informed approaches to track client progress
– Engage clients actively in clinical measures and review outcomes
– Maintain flexibility in scheduling and client volume
– Uphold professional standards and contribute to a supportive clinical community

Qualifications & Skills:
– Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
– Valid NPI and active license in California
– Ability to provide telehealth and/or in-person sessions
– Strong clinical skills, autonomy, and commitment to quality care
