Licensed Family Therapist I

The Family Therapist provides individual, family, group, and crisis counseling to victims and secondary victims of sexual assault.

  • Assess and deliver ongoing trauma and recovery support
  • Facilitate weekly support groups and develop age-appropriate group sessions for children
  • Maintain client records and collect demographic data for grant reporting
  • Collaborate with staff and external mental health professionals for referrals and training
  • Conduct emergency crisis interventions and evaluate client progress
  • Build relationships with local mental health agencies

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree, professional license, experience with sexual assault victims, and strong communication skills.

    Supervision: Reports to the Advocacy Director.

    Position: Full-time, with benefits including flexible schedule, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work is in person.
