Location: Worcester, MA – Main Street Outpatient Treatment Program. Requires working both in-office and at skilled nursing facilities with Worcester travel and own transportation.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay rate: $65,000-$77,000 annually

The Outpatient Clinician’s responsibilities:
- Providing quality individual clinical services and case management for clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnoses
- Leading group treatments using Spectrum curriculum and trained protocols
- Referring clients to community services as needed
- Maintaining current clinical skills, licensure, and certifications; attending meetings and trainings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human services required
- LICSW or LMHC preferred
