Licensed Clinical Therapist (Master’s Degree)

The Assistant Clinical Director supports the clinical leadership of a residential treatment center for adolescent girls aged 12–17, ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily clinical operations, implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves staff supervision, policy development, clinical performance monitoring, and participating in licensing and audit processes.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a mental health field, a current Utah clinical license or license eligibility, at least 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in residential settings), and knowledge of licensing standards and trauma-informed care.
