The Licensed Therapist provides trauma-informed clinical services to injured workers in an onsite outpatient pain clinic.
They conduct assessments, individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and movement classes, primarily addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and physical pain issues.
The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including pain management, to ensure high-quality care and participating in team meetings and case conferences.
Qualifications include a California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist), experience with chronic pain and trauma populations, and proficiency in evidence-based therapies like CBT and mindfulness. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
