Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D)

The Licensed Therapist provides clinical services to injured workers, focusing on trauma and first responder populations.
Services include assessments, case management, psychoeducation, movement classes, and individual/group psychotherapy.
Caseloads mainly involve individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and pain-related issues.
The therapist collaborates with the clinical team, participates in multidisciplinary meetings, and works closely with pain management to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities include delivering therapy, conducting psychoeducational classes, treatment planning, documentation, and adhering to legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications required are a California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist), bilingual preferred, with experience in pain and trauma populations, and knowledge of evidence-based therapies.
Salary ranges from $90,000 to $145,000 annually, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), and professional development support.
This onsite role is based in San Bernardino, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
