The Licensed Therapist will provide psychological services to injured workers, specializing in trauma and first responder populations, in an onsite outpatient pain clinic.
They will conduct assessments, individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and movement classes, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and physical pain.
The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including pain management, to ensure high-quality, reimbursable clinical care, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Qualifications include California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist), experience with chronic pain and trauma, and proficiency in evidence-based therapies such as CBT and mindfulness. Bilingual skills are preferred.
