We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our therapy team at a youth crisis center.
Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma-informed care, to help students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience. They conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, participate in treatment and education planning teams, and ensure timely documentation of progress.
Requirements include a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT), background clearance, and experience in mental health and family treatment. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred. The role involves direct and indirect services, with some evening or weekend hours as needed.
