We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center.
Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma-informed care, to help students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience. They provide individual, family, and group therapy, participate in treatment teams, and ensure timely documentation of progress. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and collaboration with educational teams.
Requirements include a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT), background screening clearance, and experience in mental health and family treatment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
