The Clinical Therapist provides face-to-face diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management services for youth, supporting sobriety, mental health, social skills, and overall wellbeing.
- Conducts assessments using DSM-5, offers psychotherapy in various settings, and maintains comprehensive clinical records.
- Manages caseload efficiently, ensuring documentation compliance and productivity goals are met.
- Links clients to community resources for support with basic needs, inpatient care, and safety.
- Holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, active Ohio/Michigan license, and 2+ years of behavioral health experience.
- Requires skills in clinical modalities, strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical demands include lifting, bending, reaching, and operating a vehicle; valid driver’s license required.
