The Clinical Therapist provides face-to-face diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management services for youth, supporting sobriety, mental health, safety, socialization, and family restoration.
Proficient in DSM-5 assessments for all ages; delivers psychotherapy in various settings; maintains clinical records; manages caseload efficiently.
Maintains community resource contacts; documents in EHR; aligns with agency standards and ethics; performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree, active Ohio license, 2+ years experience, and knowledge of clinical modalities; must obtain First Aid, CPR, and De-escalation certification within 90 days.
Requires valid driver’s license, computer skills, organizational abilities, and professionalism. Physical demands include lifting, reaching, and operating a vehicle.
Position is full-time, with a salary of $60K-$70K, offering benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. Must relocate to Oregon, OH before starting.
