We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center.
Provide trauma-informed, comprehensive clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, and discharge planning.
Help students develop coping skills, confidence, self-esteem, and resilience to succeed in their daily environments.
Participate in treatment team meetings, maintain documentation, and adhere to program rules and structure.
Must hold a current license (e.g., LCSW, MFT, CMHC) or have passed relevant clinical exams; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Requires experience in mental health, substance abuse, and family treatment, along with background screening clearance.
Wages range from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with full benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development. This full-time position involves in-person work at a structured residential environment for adolescents aged 12-17.
